Hoffman Type 1 Non-hinged straight section in ANSI 61 gray color is made of 14/16-gauge steel with polyester powder paint finish over pretreated surfaces to provide durability. It is ideally designed to separate and organize wires for easier access to electrical wiring. Lay-in straight section has removable hinged cover latches featuring captive screws for convenient use. Lay-in straight section allows easy cable installation/maintenance. Lay-in straight section features top hinged cover and an opening on one side for wires/cables to be laid in the entire run without pulling. Lay-in straight section comes with open top assembly. It has NEMA 1 IP30 enclosure for protection. Lay-in straight section is UL/cUL listed.
